703 S Park, 705 S Park, 717 S Park, 723 S Park, and 600 S Ballantine are regularly not removing their snow/ice. It would be a great service if you could please watch this and/or provide a warning (or if warnings have not been heeded, then the appropriate city fine). The 700 block of S Park is not easy to walk down as a result of several of them clustering together and 600 S Ballantine, most winters, generally does not remove their sidewalk snow/ice making that corner a dangerous one to walk on. Please forward this praise to the appropriate dept: If we haven't thanked the appropriate department already, on behalf of Bloomington Transit I want to give an enormous thanks to all the staff responsible for clearing the roads so that BT's fixed route and BTaccess (disabled transport) could successfully maintain operations last week during the awful cold and snow. Large areas of potholes, some very deep, on Highland Avenue. The worst area is just north of Winslow Road, where the Winslow Trail merges with the sidewalk on Highland. Often filled with water so it is difficult to tell how deep they are when driving. Also, large areas of potholes are present on both sides of Rogers Road, toward the top of the hill at the entrance to The Stands neighborhood (up the east hill from the Winslow/High/Rogers Roundabout). It's actually 411 E. University St. Today I found "ADHD" spray painted on the apron of my driveway. Several months ago (which I also reported online but heard nothing about) someone spray painted something in blue on my limestone retaining wall facing the sidewalk.

Rhodes Family Farm truck parked on sidewalk. North side of Kirkwood. It was unoccupied. I fell trying to get around it without stepping in the giant puddles in front of it. Now I'm soaked and still have more errands to do walking in cold temps. I'm getting so tired of everyone parking on sidewalks.

Why is there snowpiled up at the Bloomington Hospital bus stops? Pedestrians have to climb over piles of snow or else stand in the street.

Why is the sidewalk before and after the traintracks on Pete Ellis Drive never shoveled? In the three big snowfalls this year - nothing. And previous years. This is a highly pedestrian area.

Sorry, but this was the most appropriate place I could find. I think the street department does a terrific job. However, I have a complaint about the actions of a snowplow. I live at 344 S. Rogers st. I went out several times yesterday to keep my front sidewalk clean. Sometime after 8 pm a snowplow came by so fast that snow was thrown not only on my sidewalk but also on the retaining wall next to the sidewalk, see the picture. What is even more annoying is that the same snowplow did not do this to my next door neighbor. I hope that in the future the snowplow driver will have more understanding of the problems with going too fast and ruining a homeowners hard work. Thank you
