Recycling bin sitting on sidewalk for several days
Tenants leaving trash bins and bags of trash on sidewalk and street (west side of property on Lincoln).
Lime 3038 parked on north side of 4th Street sidewalk. No problem for most of us, but for someone in a wheelchair, using a walker or white cane it could be.
There is a set of two squares of sidewalk that need fixed outside of the atlas at 3rd and college. I fell there and shattered my knee two years ago. I filed with the safety office. It still isn’t fixed. Please do something with it so no one else gets hurt there.
Trash bins stored on sidewalk and in street on Lincoln, NW corner of property.
This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. Broken table (long, white, bent) sat in yard for months. A few weeks ago it was pushed over onto the sidewalk and it is still there.
As a home owner on old 37 N whose property’s easement is being used for the new line, I have some questions. The work has torn up an existing asphalt sidewalk that runs from marlin to the first house on Old 37 N along with a retaining wall in front of my house, my property sits down form the road. What are the plans come spring for this muddy mess? Is the community getting it’s sidewalk back? What of my wall? Sincerely, William Murnahan 4292 N. Old SR 37 Bloomington, IN 47408 812-332-8220
This pothole makes navigating this busy sidewalk hazardous. Wheelchairs or strollers can get stuck; pedestrians with mobility issues can easily trip and fall.
