Graffiti and excessive growth. One cannot walk on the sidewalk bc the trees are too low, and the weeds are in the way. The other side of this wall is tagged as well, and because of that, our house was tagged.

Also, huge overgrowth of foliage on sidewalk in front of 3813 E 3rd St. Obstructs the sidewalk. I noticed that when I get off the bus on E 3rd, in front of Century's building, the sidewalk ends rather than helps the pedestrian reach the corner of Smith Rd so that I can cross to get to E Morningside Dr. This is unacceptable for the pedestrian.
