Water gathers in the city egress behind my property and backs up into my side yard. I think something is blocked.

The problem is parking on the south side of East Maxwell Drive. Cars are either parking on the street or half on the street and half on the grass. The lack of signage is possibly causing the problem. The North side of Maxwell is clearly marked and with some zone parking. This south side becomes a problem with heavy traffic and the cars are parking on the street. So is it permissible or not? For a few days every week, this sidewalk is covered with grass cuttings which can create hazards for using the sidewalk especially after it rains. Not sure who cares for the lawn.

Location: 1212 S High St (High & Covenanter) Notes: The stormwater conveyance is public, and the wall is in the ROW. Homeowner came to CBU with the following complaint & request: The stone retaining wall next to the ditchline is deteriorating; this is the 2nd failure in the wall due to drainage problems.  Homeowner states that the ditch is in poor condition, not flowing properly, and full of "mud piles", etc which is causing erosion below the wall. He is requesting a call to schedule a time to meet onsite to show staff what is happening and determine what can be done about it. If he is not available by phone, he requests that we knock on the door upon arrival so they are aware of our visit and will walk the site with us. I notified him that most of our staff is currently out of the office, but someone should be able to meet with him on Friday. (He agreed to this potential timeframe.)

BIRD scooter has been in the street for 4 days. I submitted an online form to the BIRD website on April 9. Our street has pedestrians, cyclists, and increased cars parking on the street.
