Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. Speed bumps were recently put in for traffic control on Miller. If a sidewalk were added on the north side of miller between the city depot and huntington it would connect a disjointed sidewalk and additionally slow down traffic here

There is a white car parked here that was towed in. It does not run and has a flat tire. The wrecker backed it in. It needs to be moved as I'm disabled and my home health people can't park there. Because of this I have to walk thru snow to get to a vehicle. Please move it.
