Hello: I was in communication with Christina Smith last fall regarding a street light that needs to be installed on S. Fess Ave. Preferably 821 S. Fess Ave., as that is the middle of the block. The 800 block of S. Fess is totally pitch black, unless there is a full moon. I'm not sure why this completely dark street, with two homebound senior citizens living on it (my neighbors), hasn't become a priority for a street light. Please consider taking care of this soon. Fess Avenue. Each year, we install street lights within the public right of way on a petition base and available funding. I have placed your request area on are list for future consideration. The stop sign is partially covered by shrubs and they need to be trimmed. People run this stop sign all the time. Please make sure the stop sign is fully visible. On woodlawn headed NORTH at E Maxwell Lane and Woodlawn intersection.

Wanted to see if the parks and rec department could come take a look at the Beech tree on the north side of Maxwell (marker used above). Several really large dead branches that are dangerously falling in a piecemeal way. The overall health of the tree is in steady decline, and it may be easier for the city to remove it now before it is completely rotten. Thanks!

Deer would not allow me and my dog to walk north on Stull Ave where I live. Doe kept coming at us no matter what side of the street and had to go along Park Ave in order to avoid her. This is the second time this week that this has happened; first time we did see a fawn on the grassy area of 830 S Stull. I am so frustrated over not feeling safe walking around my neighborhood due to the does this time of year being too assertive and charging at me and my dog. There are too many deer in this urban area and something needs to be done to control the population since it seems like it is going unchecked.
