Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.

An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. A meter pit at the Brighton Point HOA entryway (corner of Smith Rd and Brighton Ave) was hit by a vehicle a week or so ago. While repairing lawn damage it was discovered today the COB meter pit is leaking. This needs to be inspected.

Large pothole/damage to the street occurred something in the past 17 days (we were out of town starting 1 June and it wasn't there when we left). Someone did something that seems to have ripped up two layers of pavement. This pothole has the additional feature of being right at the end of our angled driveway, so now it's much harder to avoid scrapping the bottom of the car when pulling in and out. So even a short term quick fix would be appreciated if possible. Thanks, Carrick Rogers
