I put in a uReport for a block street but I think that was a wrong category choice. That was #176656. Now I would like to know if people are able to buy permits for parking their plows on the street? Other: The person at this house has had two snow plows stored on the street since winter. The one plow is fairly wide and it is a hazard with the cars parked on the other side of the road.
The two plows are still in the street restricting the right-of-way space. This is in followup to previous report of #176775.
The person who lives at this address produces unreasonable noise on a regular basis in their truck. Most definitely this is a diesel truck and yes, those are louder than other vehicles. However, this person has the need to accelerate intensely on Fairview from stop sign to stop sign and then loudly accelerate the short distance to their house. This happens most every single day and multiple times as this person regularly comes and goes with and without a trailer full of equipment. According to Bloomington's Municipal Code section 14.09.040, unreasonable noise shall mean sound that is of a volume, frequency, or pattern that prevents, disrupts, injures, or endangers the health, safety, welfare, prosperity, comfort or repose of reasonable persons of ordinary sensitivities within the city of Bloomington, given the time of day or environment in which the sound is made. Also included, and described in more detail in Section 14.09.030 of the Bloomington Municipal Code, is unreasonable noise from cars including specifics about mufflers and baffles. It is unknown as to if this is an OEM/stock exhaust system but it is disruptive on a regular basis even when inside a house with all the windows closed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will be checking regularly for a reply despite choosing to file this anonymously.

You guys ever gonna trim these bushes growing over sidewalk or you just gonna wait until someone gets mugged or hit by a bike? Literally in a heavily used and seen area. You guys lacking employees or something?
The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.
This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting. Note the cigarettes on the sidewalk as those are the ones thrown from the door with complete disregard for people walking in the public right of way. Previous Ureport is #175706. A car has been abandoned across the way from my front door. It’s been sitting theirs since Monday and it has no plates and no one has been by to move it. It’s taking up parking for other residents and my self. Any possible way we can get this towed away? I have five kids and is kinda of a nuisance to have to park down the block and take a extra walking distance to get the safely to our door!
