Hi, My roommate and I have been experiencing skin problems (i.e. dryness, flaking and a lot of sudden acne when we both have never had acne) for the past couple weeks and we have ruled out any other changes we have made. We were notified by our landlord that the city of Bloomington was making changes in the water system, and when we went home out of state for a week, the skin problems resolved. SE corner of lot just west of alley and close to the sidewalk there is a medium-sized, water-meter pit that is uncovered. Lid is not around, apparently. Dangerous trip hazard at night, and animals could fall in.

A large front window on this home has been busted. This makes Grant Street Inn guests and people in the neighborhood feel unsafe.

Exposed garbage, rats and other animals opening bags of garbage at 710 E. Cottage Grove, which is next to a state-licensed day care facility. Also, speeding traffice on E. Cottage Grove, no sidewalk crossing or slow speed or children playing signs at this intersection.
