I wanted to propose the addition of a pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of N Fess Ave and E 10th St. I live in Collins, and when walking between Hillcrest and the general courtyard buildings there are no immediate crosswalks in the area. The addition of white lines, particularly on the west end of this intersection (where there is already a metal grate where the sidewalk meets the road) would be very helpful for residents of Collins and would make the area safer for pedestrians trying to cross the street.

We do not have water as of 5:40 PM 1/11/2024. I have not received any emails and am up to date on billing (with 20 days left to pay for last month). City and/or Utility contractors (Duke, Meridiam, etc.) have been leaving signage scattered about the neighborhood. Currently, there is the following: 1) Tall, metal support at SW corner of Cottage Grove and Grant (322 E. Grant), 2) Identical metal support on south retaining wall of 414 E. Cottage Grove, 3) Pile of signage and sandbags on NE corner of 325 E. 10th Street, 4) Pile of signs in west yard of 418 N. Grant, 5) Bag of construction waste (NaOH ?) sitting on east side of Lincoln near 518 N. Lincoln.

CONSTANT double parked cars with flashers on throughout the day and evening from Chipotle to Lennies. Something needs to be done. Ticketing drivers as this forces driving in the opposite lane and makes parking at the local restaurants impossible. Cars remain parked in the street blocking traffic for 15-30 minutes throughout the day and evening. This is hurting local businesses.

House has four very bright floodlights that shine horizontally away from the house in back, resulting in the three houses on the south side of 11th Street being drenched in glare all night long. Please ask them to at least shade the lights or reorient them so that they only illuminate their property and don't ruin the night-time for everyone else in the neighborhood.

The sidewalk along Lincoln Street, near 8th street, has been blocked for the last few days during the daytime. It doesn't seem like anyone has been working there, so it seems like it has been closed just to be closed

See case #186719. Trash is still there a week later (stuffed in a cardboard box, and still easily accessible by rodents), and the furniture remains where it has been in the front "yard" for the last five months.
