Other: CONSTANT double parked cars with flashers on throughout the day and evening from Chipotle to Lennies. Something needs to be done. Ticketing drivers as this forces driving in the opposite lane and makes parking at the local restaurants impossible. Cars remain parked in the street blocking traffic for 15-30 minutes throughout the day and evening. This is hurting local businesses.
