Other: in front of 517 E. Kirkwood (Pot Belly patio & IU offices) there is a row of weeds wedged between the patio base and brick sidewalk. It's been there all summer, and are steadily growing. Not sure who to contact for removal (city, property manager?,IU...) thanks.
