This home's trash has been piling up for weeks and has gotten to the point that it is often spilling out into the street and alley that runs behind the property. Many bags are left on the ground where animals get into the bags causing more trash to be strewn about the area. There is also a strong odor coming from rainwater settling into the cans with the garbage.
Top course of stone on retaining wall being forced off by progressive yard expansion. One section has already fallen, blocking sidewalk and creating a hazard for pedestrians in the dark.
This was an issue last night (4/19/23) around 9pm and beyond. Both lanes of S Dunn St, especially between 6th St and Kirkwood were completely backed up due to multiple Ubers waiting to drop-off and pick-up as well as Doordash or other delivery services parked (flashers on) on S Dunn St. Everyone in the right lane was trying to move to the left lane to get past these parked cars. There was enough traffic, that no one could move. There was also a car parked beside the the yellow stanchions on Kirkwood at this location. This is very frustrating and drivers were becoming agitated. I do not know if this happens every night, but parking in a driving lane on S Dunn St is not appropriate.

A tree was snapped by the win, and is now blocking the sidewalk on the east side of Dunn between 11th and 12th streets. It is not obvious if it was a City-owned tree or private.

Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. Parking meter on the east side of Washington between seventh and sixth Street is not working in front of apartment number five in the red brick building and green paint
Street has been washed out and needs repaired through this alley from N Park Ave to N. Fess Ave.
