Issued NO. 5.2.24. Will continue with enforcement procedure until property is in compliance.
Other: This entire property apartment complex is rented out to a fraternity. The result of that is continuously loud noise at night and a dumpster that is constantly overfilled. The upside is that during the summer the property is silent and pleasant, but for the nine months of the school year the neighborhood is forced to suffer their presence. The property management (Pavilion) seem to be oblivious and uncaring, but can the City at least require them to enclose the garbage dumpster so that neighbors do not have to look at it? This is not the fault of the garbage hauler (Ava), because they pick up the trash regularly and on schedule. However, these tenants are such high-maintenance, consumption-oriented pigs that they generate far more waste than normal people ever could, the dumpster is almost always overflowing, and it smells horrible. Please help.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 1 days have already passed.

Hi John, Saw this one come in and I am forwarding the info about the complaint of fraternity to Jackie (an adjacent complaint was previously forwarded to IU for their input and monitoring). As well, I do not see a site plan on file that required screening of a trash enclosure. The excess trash is outside of Title 20 regulations.
