Snow has not been removed from the sidewalk on the west side of Smith Road from Grandview Drive south to Morningside Drive (or near Morningside). Snow is several inches deep, making passage and access to the Smith Road bus stop difficult.
When we get a quick rain the shower downstairs backs up. I was concerned that it was an issue in my pipes but have had the drain snaked. Also I can turn on the shower and let it run for a while. It only happens when it rains and seems that it is getting worse. It's pretty nasty to clean up every time it rains. Is there anything the city can help me with on this issue?
Water heavily pools and looks very muddy at the foot of our driveway and down Sheffield and seems to be very slow to go into drains when it rains heavily.
Since the east/west light is staying green longer due to decreasing lanes with the lates improvements, trying to get through the intersection both North and South bound on Smith is very difficultZ. Please consider putting in left hand turn arrow and running left turn and thru traffic separatey in each direction for Smith road traffic. Thank you!

Neighbor at this location continues to ground feed animals (not birds). This week she’s put out cheese balls and tiny marshmallows. Rodents and many deer are being attracted. Has been previously reported. 212 n Sheffield , Park Ridge East
Both sides of Smith Rd are not cleared. Duke Energy property, under the Indiana Railroad bridge, in front of Springmill apartments and the apartments at McCrackin. Bus stop access is impeded.
The gate pin and hinge is made so you can't swing through. The pin is almost out and it won't fit back in. Needs repaired.
There is water that smells like sewage bubbling up out of the drainage pipes. I've seen it literally bubbling up as if under pressure so I believe it comes from some kind of underground pipe but I can't be sure. The area is always wet as a result and smells.
