Area near the hydrant replacement remains significantly depressed. Is a trip/fall hazard. I was waiting to see if grass would sprout and what that effect would be, but exceptionally minimal grass has grown despite significant moisture and coverage. 4021 E. Morningside Drive
I just took possession of a home I bought as sidewalk construction on E. Morningside was being completed. The home is at 4021 E. Morningside. It is my understanding the City redid part of the driveway after having to destroy it for sidewalk work. Unfortunately it appears a corner of the drive (front right / SE) is already cracking/chipping/spalling (see photo). I'm requesting the City patch this up before it continues to flake (not huge now but would like addressed so as not to spread) as an area driven over frequently. Otherwise looks fantastic and very happy with the new sidewalk and drive portion. Great neighborhood addition.
Hydrant at Sheffield and Morningside is leaking.
Street light is out. Was reported 2 weeks ago and not fixed. This is a bus stop for school children, both elementary and secondary. Since the time change it is much more hazardous. Would hate to see an accident.
Allow access from A to B in picture attached. It is inappropriate for me to walk on state road or on some person/business' private property.
I am an employee of Teach and Play ABA owned by Sara Shrivastav and I am aware that she has been told that she needs to put sprinklers and fire alarms in the facility for our safety and the children’s safety, but she has still not done that and as far as I know she has no plans to and is not taking it seriously. We have already had a fire in the building and there was 0 plan in place and was not done up to standard which makes me very concerned for the safety of myself and the children we serve. If you’re able to come as soon as possible I would appreciate that. I am choosing to submit anonymously because I don’t want to risk losing my job for reporting, but it is a safety issue that I believe needs to be addressed immediately. Hello, I work at Teach and Play ABA and it’s owned by Sara Shrivastav. She sent us an email in regards to the fire safety issues that she was made aware of and she hasn’t any intentions of making changes as of right now. I’m concerned because we’ve already had a fire in the facility and it was very poorly handled. I’m worried for the safety of myself, coworkers and children at the facility. She wrote us an email saying we are not allowed to let you in the building and it’s just very concerning to me. She has already opened two more facilities and they also don’t have sprinklers or fire alarms and I ultimately just want to make sure we’re in a safe environment. I’m also not sure if it’s structurally sound. She did a lot of the remodeling by herself so if there’s anyway someone could check that and make sure things are up to standard because she had mercury lightbulbs which caused the first fire, I would really appreciate that. Cambridge Dr in Parkridge East has asphalt that is crumbling from the corner of Sheffield Dr to about 4110 Cambridge on the west side of the road. When it rains it flows down to the storm drains. Thanks for all you do and stay safe.
