Since the dismantle of 2 homeless camps last week they seem to have migrated down the b line to a wooded area in a residential area within a block of a boys and girls club, and 3 blocks away from a middle school. between 11th street and cottage grove ave on Summit st. The city just towed a few abandoned cars from this street a week ago. Now their is more cars that people are clearly living in. They are setting up tents and seating areas like its their living room, theirs tents popping up in the woods along this road, and the TRASH and SMELL is getting out of hand. This is becoming a safety hazard for children who walk home from the school and boys and girls club in the surrounding areas as this is a school zone. The people residing in this "camp" scream, argue, fight, and curse loudly at all hours of the day and night. They block traffic loitering by the cars and scream at any car that tries to get through them, and have animals who are leaving droppings everywhere and no one picks it up. This is also encouraging people to start parking rv's in this area as well, and it is turning into "skid row". PLEASE do not let this camp get set up and get as bead as the two you just dismantled. It will be harder to get them to leave the longer you wait to address this. I have found several syringes in my yard along the alley so their is clearly drugs being used and distributed at this new homeless camp on SUMMIT st. in between 11th st & Cottage grove ave. Today, Tuesday, July 29, 2025, is my normal trash pickup day. When I put my trash and recycling bins out last night, the street was clear, but from 6:30 on this morning, the sewer repair crew has blocked the street, and so my trash and recycling bins are still in front of my house but blocked by work crews. Will they return to pick it up?

It is my plan to develop my 5 lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that unless I have help with enforcing certain codes. 1209 W. 11th has garbage, rubbish, old lawnmowers, and other detritus stacked on and around the house and property. I actually think the house may be abandoned and is being used as a trash dump. Regardless of the section of town, we property owners don't like our property value destroyed by places like this. Please help us by forcing a clean up. Thank you.

PLEASE fix this street light. Our car has been broken into THREE TIMES because without this light the area between houses is pitch black. I reported it through this form before with no effect. The light's transformer or capacitor is dying. The light cycles on/off all night - off more than on. PLEASE repair this light!!

Property overgrown. Trash on front porch. Roof collapsing..house looks like it's been abandon and has for several years.

Residents are worried that around the area there seems to be an underground leak causing flooding in the area. they are worried that if it freezes people could fall and get hurt. Residents are saying that the street drain seems to be blocked and overflowing

The lights on light pole #150 on the north end of the B-line are out. It looks like someone may have interfered with the wiring to that pole.

Ruth has a caregiver for day but not night. She is afraid at night because of the increased amount of transients she sees. There is an increase in the number of tents, they are above the BLine. Can someone contact her to let he know someone is looking into this.
