there is a large growth of hemlock behind the condo at 1369 s. stella dr. but the street is smith rd. it has been reported before and also removed, but it has returned with a vengeance. thank you for taking care of this.
This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour so far (30 minutes yesterday is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. He does this often and it does not improve the safety and negatively impacts business to have him stationed on Kirkwood in such a manner.
Report from Mr. Dennis Mayfield that on Friday, June 13, he saw about an acre-and-a-half of what he thinks is hemlock at/near the intersection of N. State Rd. 37 Business and Old State Rd. 37. This seems to be just on the edge of city limits. Submitted a report to indot4u.com as well on behalf of Mr. Mayfield.
In 2019/2020, the Rogers Multiuse Path Project removed a large area of mature evergreen trees and shrubs. Before the project began, the city convened a public meeting at Sherwood Oaks church, where this project was presented. Neighborhood residents were under the impression (from what was stated at the meeting) that despite the construction and removal of mature trees and shrubs there was a plan to replace the mature trees and provide appropriate barriers to shield adjacent residences from Rogers Rd. Given that one of the adjacent neighborhoods is named “The Woodlands” it is ironic that the large swath of mature trees and shrubs was removed by the city. In 2020, the neighborhood inquired about the promised tree replacement plan and advocated in support of the tree replacement plan via email exchanges with a city employee. My neighbors have a dog, and the dog's feces are constantly on the carpet and even on the metal door (on the floor). They smoke marijuana, and my apartment is filled with those smells. They've caused me to vomit from the dog's feces, and I've had fatigue and headaches from smoking (usually at night).
This family constantly has vehicles parked in their front yard at 520 W. Duncan Drive. Makes the neighborhood look trashy.

I do not live here, I only walk by this property on my way to class twice a week. Every time I pass this house, there is trash all over the yard. This has been the case for at least a few weeks. It is unsightly and shows a blatant disregard for those around them as well as the city. I have included a photo as well.
Hsiung Marler Can you please explain why there are still power lines hanging down within reach of the sidewalk in front on the entrance to switchyard park on Rogers street! This was posted months ago. How long does it take to call the power company/city workers to take care of this dangerous and serious problem????? Seems several post alude to the city not taking care of problems or taking way to long to respond to issues!
