Please speed monitor or alter/enhance 7th/Longview Greenway for greater biker/pedestrian safety. Lots of unnecessary quick cutthrough traffic from Summerhouse in particular.

Old 37 & n walnut. The ped xing across walnut (part of the cascades trail that connects to griffy) is still / again broken. I stayed for five minutes, pushed the beg buttons lots of times, tried both directions. Always the red hand, never the white walk. The intersection is cycling normally and promptly for cars. The crossing of old 37 appears to be operating in ped recall mode (ie, working), though its countdown timer is misconfigured. But the high-stress crossing of walnut is versnickered. I get sick when i think how many millions of dollars we've spent on this recreational facility to still have this gap in the most dangerous part.

It has come to our attention, as mentioned by the owner, that there is an underground propane tank still present on this property. We are concerned about potential toxic effects if left in the ground. Please investigate and remove. We hope this will be removed to prevent contamination of underground water.

Street drain water from Olcott Rd. has created a deep gully (~4 feet deep) along the property boundary of my home on Crandall Court. The intersection of Adams and Kirkwood badly needs left turn signals. My wife and I deliver Meals on Wheels once a month. Our route has us coming down Adams from the north, and then turning eastward on Kirkwood. More than once we’ve found that turn difficult. Mostly it has been large streams of traffic coming toward us, making it hard to turn left. The worst has been when there seemed to be no traffic, but as we were ready to turn left, a car came fast up the hill toward us, and it was not visible until the last minute. Please fix this problem!
