Illicit Discharge (Storm Sewers)

Walking by 419 Highland Street I have noticed water being discharged from a pipe leading from the house to the street. It appears to be intermittent so I suspect it is from the washing machine. Based on the staining and algae in the street I suspect that it has been going on for some time.

I am concerned that the foot massage spa in the 500 block of West 4th may be engaged in sex trafficking. I often see Asian women outside smoking, but if I smile or say hi, they run inside. (I am female and non-threatening in appearance if that matters.) it may be just a cultural or language barrier, and I have no evidence, but I would appreciate it if someone would check on this to make sure the women are safe and there voluntarily. Thank you.

As usual, the residents at this location have left their full recycling can outside after (I assume) pick up was refused. Due to the strong wind, the can has tipped over and debris is blowing off of their property. Trash/Recycling day is on Monday, it’s now Wednesday. They’ve come and gone plenty of times, it’s not like they haven’t seen the knocked over open can, there is just no excuse for this to continue happening. I am tired of having to clean their garbage off of my lawn.

I am a "Adopt a storm drain" volunteer and a problem is forming at the southeast intersection of Queensway and Chelsey Ct's storm drain. Blocks of broken pavement from freeze thaw are accumulating by the drain entry. I have been placing them next to the curb to prevent them from plugging the drain. There is a similar problem at the southwest corner as well but the volume of the pile is smaller. At some point these materials will need to be removed.

Been storing in her lawn and others all of this furniture for multiple days. Has not cleaned it up and there is potential mold/pests on the area. It’s a huge fire hazard and general health hazard.
