String of pot holes all throughout this street- feels like we are back in the stone ages when driving. Fred Flintstone may have had better/smoother roads.

Such bad pot holes that cars are consistently swerving into the other lanes. Y'all might want to consider charging ride tickets to drive this street cause it feels like an old-school wooden roller coaster when driving down this big hill.

Alley way between Madison St and Rogers St is becoming impassable. There are large and long ruts on the side of the alley between two houses. The asphalt has eroded all the way through to the gravel underneath. Cars are currently unable to pass. Only pick up trucks. We, the people of McDoel Gardens, would appreciate a full repair of road. the solar panels at Winslow woods baseball fields are damaged. These kids were further damaging the solar panel by pounding on them with a stick.

A large white box truck taking up residential street parking. It appears this person is moving this truck around the neighborhood. I believe the owner is running a business out of this truck. He meets people and appears to sell parts and then he locks the truck and rides away on a bicycle. There is a solar panel on top of the truck and a power cord running in. The owner and 'customers' meet and climb in to the back of the truck through the cab and then leave after some time. I have seen this because he has parked by my house more than once. It is concerning because parking is so very limited in my neighborhood and this truck is taking up a valuable residential parking. I have noticed he moves the truck around the neighborhood every few days so he is aware of not parking it for very long to avoid receiving a citation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

S Landmark Ave is dangerous to cross in the middle of the S curve, where most workers and clients need to cross. The mailboxes for the businesses on the west side of the street are located on the east side of the road. The nearest crosswalks are located at the intersections with Bloomfield and 3rd street, which is not a reasonable distance. Please consider adding a crosswalk, preferably with a button for blinking lights. Thank you!
