The speed bumps on Graham Dr in Broadview area. The middle speed bump has part of it missing or damaged and I'm afraid someone will damage a car tire. Also there is always two trucks parked on Graham and block the vision of drivers trying to turn onto Graham from Broadview Dr. You just can't see to turn. One is a red pickup truck and one is a big old trailer.
The pedestrian footpath between Skyline Dr. and the circle drive at Arlington School has a very rough transition at the Skyline end. It is also noticeably overgrown limiting my already low vision and ability to avoid any oncoming traffic. Currently this is the only route into town for me in my power wheelchair

While riding my bike on Weimer Rd.; I've noticed on two different occasions the strong smell of sewer gas. A Sewer gas smell to me means either there is effluent top side or there is an over flow into waterway. (Or I suppose something else) but there a definite issue. Exact location is post bridge on Weimer's south end heading toward Tapp Rd. It is also just past the mid point of bridge to Tapp Rd. points. Yes, I know there has been a lot of rain that contributes to these kind of issues, but being that the creek eventually "dumps" into Monroe Reservoir ( our drinking water) Thank you for looking into this. There is a dip in the road near this location and a pot hole has developed. The surface of the road needs to be raised to prevent the pot hole from reappering. It was fixed last year but is back again.
