Please check the NE corner of Kirkwood and College, the SW corner of the courthous square. The plantings and planter height is a concern (greater than the 2-1/2' limit) for line of sight within the 25' triangle of these corners.

There is a pine tree on the corner lot at the northwest corner of Hillside and Woodlawn that is leaning dangerously toward Woodlawn. I drive past it a couple of times a week, and it has worsened significantly in the last few weeks. The rootball is visibly pulling up from the ground. I reported this via the CBU phone number a couple of weeks ago, but nothing has been done yet. I'm concerned the recent freeze and impending thaw will cause the tree to topple. Noise - not sure exactly where it is coming from. We are located S of Templeton school, north of BHSS. Beeping on repeat like an amplified alarm clock or a truck backing up. Beep beep beep, pause, beep beep beep. Repeat on and on. With power out, our windows are open to get some kind of breeze, so this woke us up around 4am and has been constant since or since before then.
I’m reaching out to request street sweeping services at two locations where gravel has washed down and is accumulating along the curb, obstructing the storm sewer inlets. The affected areas are: In front of 505–511 E Hickory Stick Ct In front of 521–527 E Winslow Farm Dr Both locations have been marked with lime green for easy identification in the attachment. We would appreciate it if the City could dispatch street sweepers to remove the gravel and help restore proper stormwater drainage. Please let me know if you need any further information.
