Is it possible to have a crosswalk painted on 3rd at Rose? Today I saw a blind person trying to make the crossing. Per the email below, a few years ago, it seemed this was a possibility. Yes. At this point, the likelihood of a sidewalk on Rose Avenue is very low. You probably have noticed changes on 3rd Street as a result of the City's Greenways Implementation Plan, however.
