The drainage hole in the backyard between 4100 Bill Mallory Bld and 714 S Park Ridge Rd (Gentry Honours) is filled with mud and causing slow drainage and standing water. The drain appears to need a grate covering and possible rip rap to prevent debris from washing into the drain. The standing water which last for a couple days after rain is causing a mosquito infestation. It has become a health hazard. Please let me know how I should proceed. This is the alley by 1207 Dunn Street, before 15th Street. Too worn out and rugged and eroded asphalt. Please fix. Thank you.

On 1st Street, just west of Jordan there is a patch of roadway that is rough. I think it was a recent utility project or something, but it could use another layer of asphalt. Thanks.
