Our neighbor, James True, address 712 W. Rosewood Dr., has seriously neglected the maintenance of his back yard lawn. By our count, he has mown it once completely, and twice when he stopped half way. The current state is that his lawn is too high for a power mower to deal with. The weeds are very high (two to three feet) and the space clearly harbors rodents and snakes. Yesterday, a two and a half foot long black snake was found on the edge of his property. Further, his older Volvo sedan has been sitting on the street along side our for property at least two months. In the past we have contacted him, but I fear this time more authority is required. Thanks very much for your help! David

Property at 1826 E Hunter Ave has mowed their yard once this year. It is completely overgrown. Have spoken to neighbors about in the past (they, by habit, only mow it once a year), but nothing has changed.

Two things. first problem the drain to the storm sewer is covered by pieces of asphalt that have come off of the road and rain down here so very little drainage is happening. Second problem where are you tried to grow grass for me has again started to wash away dirt and grass seed gets washed away. What we really need is some sod. 409 N Sheffield Dr. The rain last night pulled up two layers of asphalt much of which was pushed down hill and blocked up the storm drains. but Now have almost 5 inches deep of pot holes and looks like it's going to strip the other rest of the street soon. It would be nice if you could come out and look at it as soon as possible. Thank you.

409 North Sheffield Drive. the rain last night lifted three layers of asphalt and fluid Downstream to the dream last night. half the road is cracked and so I'm worried that with the next rain will lose another five feet from the curb. Please send someone out to investigate. This may be a duplicate because the last one I submitted had problems submitting and I haven't seen it in my my reports.
