The red maple tree (site id 30159?), along the street at 2320 E Woodbine Ave. is not healthy and is becoming a hazard. The top of the tree and many branches are dead. This evening (2/16/23) a large limb fell out of the tree and onto the sidewalk. I tried to attach a photo of the large limb, branches and debris on the sidewalk, but it keeps processing and won't go through. We have cleared the debris and limb from the sidewalk.

Since the storm Friday night, our toilets and sink are gurgling and not flushing well. We have a manhole in front of our house and another one next door at the corner of Rock Creek and Montclair. It seems like we have a clog from that storm. The neighbors across the street are having the same issue. Thank you.

In reference to the entire bay of E Linden Hill Drive. The street paving is in disrepair due to years of wear and several water main breaks. Patch fixes have been done in past but full repair of this street. Request place to know when the street will receive a new hardtop covering as the adjacent street (The Stands Dr) did in recent years?

My water in my bathtub comes out with a rustic color. Not just when I first turn it on but it doesn't stop it's very dark I took samples and have taken pictures. My sink is not that way or the toilet water. I'm assuming it's a water main break but there has been nothing reported about it and it's not just been today. I'm just concerned of what would be in the water.

I have all the banking information and I tried calling the bank to stop the funds from being released but was unable to get any assistance from them. The address is approximate. Railroad ties, 2x4's and what looks like a dog lead is blocking a street giving a lack of access for residents to the access way for Rockport Rd. from the corresponding neighborhood in which the access was erected, where as the apartments of Dorthy were annexed, or derived from the corresponding neighborhood. There is not consistent on sight property management for 2304 South Rogers Street. Dorthy Apartments claim to own the street that is blocked, which city planning documents I control or possess show otherwise. I am concerned that this is a gang-related incident in which will have numerous crimes attached. This is a public area because of the sidewalks, area developments, and subjection people are to encounter.

Skunk has been making frequent foraging visits to my back yard. I have pet cats that quite often go outside in the late evening and early night hours. I am concerned there will be a very unpleasant encounter. I am requesting the skunk be captured and relocated.
