While conducting and rental inspection is was pointed out to me that a section of pipe has been washed down the culvert and the affected area is washing out right next to Dunn St.
Complain is on Raubs Ln. Field standing 1/2 full of water mosquitroes awful, wants to talk to you.

North sidewalk along E 3rd, from Lincoln to Grant, is uncleared of snow. It's a difficult walk. Thank you.
Not clearing snow
Snow has not been removed from sidewalk on 7th St.
Please enforce the sidewalk snow removal ordinance better, particularly downtown. Please require property owners to not only clear the sidewalk, but also the adjacent curb cuts and alleys (or the city should clear alleys at sidewalks). It’s not very helpful to have clear sidewalks, but them have to cross a slushy mess at the curb cuts or alleys. Some people make a narrow path at the curb, but those just get slushy and messy quickly, and are not wide enough for wheelchairs. Thank you.
Sidewalks have not been cleared. It's not so much a issue for me but I have a neighbor who is in a wheelchair and another neighbor who use a walker. The new management here is doing an inadequate job.
