Hi, There's a couple of large road cuts at the intersection of Lincoln and 6th St. If the city is not planning on filling these any time soon could we at least get the sharp edges softened? Sidewalk closed for construction with no alternative. mutcd 6d-1 "pedestrians should be provided with safe, convenient travel path that replicates as nearly as possible the most desirable characteristics of sidewalks". On college, the most desirable characteristic is not crossing college!!!!! This is the context where a quality detour is *more* important than in more walkable settings, but staff has mistakenly determined the exact opposite.
The traffic lights on 3rd street between college and grant seem to be off where they are not properly coordinating together. Every morning between 6:30-7:00 I have had difficulty because I will be at a red light with all lights ahead green. Then I get to the next red light and all lights ahead are green. So basically I have to stop and wait at each red light to get down 3rd street. This was not a problem before, mostly just in the past 1-2 weeks.
The screen on this parking meter is unreadable. Impossible to tell parking time.
There is a person living under the burning bush on Chase Bank drive up facility at the intersection of W 6th and N Madison directly across from Bloomingfoods.
We are new to Bloomington and have been enjoying the cities walking trails and parks. Sunday we visited Rail Trail walking trail on Country Club Drive and we were shocked at the amount of trash we saw. We parked in the lot and walked the rock trail and at the second bench we started seeing a lot of trash and debris on the access road to the left of the trail. LOTS of debris and it looked almost like a shanty town and camping areas set up. The area may be on private property don't know but it is a hazard. Just wanted to let you know
The green painted "bike box" and bike lane entering it are full of gravel and debris. It on the east bound lane of 7th Street just west of College - at the light for 7th.

Behind circle K gas station near dumpster small portion needs to repair. We have many complaints from neighbors. We like to know what portion is city, and what is private portion. Would you pl. meet us and clarify that . Thanks a lot in advance.
