Huge pothole on College Ave just south of 10th Street in far east lane. Right in front of the driveway into First Federal Bank drive-up banking.

Problem with traffic light at 10th and Eagleson. Northbound left turn arrow (for turning left from northbound Eagleson onto westbound 10th St) is triggering every time, even when there is no traffic in the left turn lane.
