There are several street lights out from the intersection with Adams on the west until the intersection with Rogers on the east. There are out here or there or appear to be very dim. I have seen our "pink" street lights go from normal brightness to dim even sometimes as I am passing one. What causes this? Does this mean I should try to report it? Thank you for your great service.
I realize that this is state and not a city issue, but I'm hoping you can escalate it. The pedestrian island at the NW corner of 10th and the Bypass has a defective crosswalk signal. This is for the crossing from the island south across the mouth of 10th street. It does not give the verbal cue to "wait" and it does not trigger the visual pedestrian signal (white silhouette). There is a leaking fire hydrant in the parking lot of the Winslow Sports Complex, on the south side near the handicap parking spaces and the entrance to the ball fields.
There are two electronic game displays on the south side of the playground in the park. none of the buttons make any sound like they are supposed to and used to do.
