A curb box/catch basin on the east side of Fee Lane just north of 17th street is full of debris and clogged up. A large pool forms after a rain and lasts for days. Thank you.

There are two, unknown vehicles that have been parked for weeks on the public street. It is unclear whether they have been actually abandoned or not by their owners, but it has now been reported to the St. James Woods Neighborhood Association that these vehicles are posing security concerns for the neighbors. City ordinance "15.04.020 - Abandoned vehicle" states "A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days" meets the definition. Photo is attached...
Can someone please check the storm sewers in the 800 block of S. Stull Ave.? We can see when we look through the grates that there is very deep water standing (not flowing) in the drains. There may be a clog somewhere? We are being over run by mosquito's and are concerned that mosquito's are breeding there. Thank You!
trees are overgrown blocking the sidewalk leading into Mills Pool
The handicap ramp on the sidewalk leading into the entrance to mills pool is not safe for handicap people. The concrete is not level and cracked in several places
The showers in the women's (probably the men's also)restroom at Mills Pool need repaired
The parking space lines desperately need re-painted on 6th Street between Walnut and Washington. There are to the point that people just park pretty much wherever they want now.
The intersection of Tapp Rd and S Leonard Springs is still in very poor condition. I drive a 2015 Taurus and my car bottomed out this morning. I reported this about a month ago and was told that the street dept would sweep it. Nothing has been done.
The empty lot at this location has a giant Beech? tree right at the edge of the property that rains leaves, branches, and bark down onto my property (105 E Sunny Slopes Dr). Probably not much can be done about that, but the giant tree is also leaning sharply toward my house! I have no idea how to contact the owner and alert him/her to that accident just waiting to happen. I don't want to lose one end of my house WHEN that tree falls. Please advise... Thank you. Eric Webb
