With the construction going on in the Building Trades Park homeless people are starting to hang out in the church parking lot across the street. The security patrols for the park used to check out that parking lot but have stopped since the construction has started. It would be nice if they swung through occasionally while the construction is going on.
Pot holes in 700 block of West Kirkwood (westbound lane) becoming larger and more hazardous for motorists. Another larger pothole forming a few blocks west on W. Kirkwood too. Thank you for your attention to this road hazard.
The corner bump-out on W 3rd at S Fairview juts out too far into the street and cars drive over it which often causes flat tires...two this past Sunday! Since W 3rd is getting fully re-paved soon (because of the sewer replacement work that is finished now) I wonder if you could shave two feet of the bump out? To be clear, I think the bump out needs to be there...it's only the south cement "curb" that needs to be cut short and re-cemented. Thanks, Jaclyn
There is a car that has been parked, and has not moved for at least six weeks on the side of the road. Silver Subaru, Forrester, Indiana plate 946CRI. The car has two flat tires and a front bumper. About to fall off.
There are what I believe are curb extensions at the intersection of Fess and Maxwell. At night, these extensions are not marked nor lit. When turning onto Maxwell off of Fess with oncoming traffic you are forced over to the side of the road. In my case, I hit the curb busting a tire and doing extensive damage to the car. I went back the following day and it is clear the curbs have been hit by multiple vehicles. Reflectors or other signage would be helpful for the unexpected curb extensions. Thanks!
The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. I don't know if this is a city issue or a university issue, but I know that uReports are an effective tool in general, and was hoping I could be directed to the right place.

Hi, I drive a bucket truck for a business on thorton drive. The boom sticks out six feet in front of the truck. When i pull out onto henderson I am almost in the middle of the road before i can see if traffic is coming. My main concern is that a bus or large vehicle could catch the boom and cause an accident.Before I was hoping the city could remove the overgrowth of brush at the intersection to make it safer. I previously reported a young deer stuck inside the fence of Summit Pointe’s retention pond and was told the deer can get out. It still cannot get out and is there, too small to leap the fence. It regularly calls to other deer outside the fence. If the city won’t do something about this, should I call DNR?
