Our sub division Northwood Estates has been having a lot of trouble with drainage. It seems that the easements have overgrown scab trees & brush that may be blocking some water but it also seems as thoug your drainage system that takes the water to a creek needs to be cleaned out. We back up to the golf course & have trouble getting the golf course staff to maintain our side of the course, ie mowing, weeds, dead trees along the road,etc. We seem to be a bit neglected when it comes to these problems. This has been ongoing for awhile and it's only getting worse and bricks loosen up and gravel is scattered. It's now less than 36" meaning that it doesn't pass ADA standards to be wide enough. It needs to be fixed before somebody falls and sues the City!

Now that one of the things that people have started doing is cleaning up their yards, I already see many containers and plastic bags ready for the first yard waste pick-up. This won't be, in our neighborhood, until April 13. Is there any chance this can be moved up so that paper bags don't have to sit in rain and wind until the first pick-uptime? Thanks.

Recycling was not picked up today (March 31) even though it was placed curbside yesterday evening. No notice was left. Regular trash was picked up.

There has been a car parking on my street without a parking permit. This issue has been happening for months without the car being ticketed.

I'm not sure which topic to put this under but "Hazards" seems appropriate given the current situation.  Our Homeowners Association and property manager are having trouble keeping things under control during this pandemic.  There have been resignations and no one seems to be in charge.  Landscapers are seen milling about the buildings and grounds without notice or regard to social distancing, let along wearing any PPEs such as face masks.  We understand more contractors are on the way, too, and there may be instances of price gauging.  Neighbors in this tightly-packed community are understandably concerned for their health and safety.  Help/advice is needed.  Thank you.
