Can the City remove a deceased raccoon - rather large - off to the side of Kinzer Pike, partially on the grass & sidewalk? The poor creature is just south of Skyline, about 3 or 4 houses south of Skyline. Thank you.
Super gross and unkind: One whole fish and two fish heads tied to a yellow cord, attached to a shrub alongside Kinser Pike Rd. On the east side of the road, across from 2701 Kinser Pike Rd mail box. Please remove. Thanks.
Please remove the increasing volume of trash along N. Kinser Pike Road, between the entrance/exit to Kroger and Skyline Drive. Near Skyline, there is a black garbage bag, which has been broken open. (Pls don't remove just the bag and disregard the trash strewn along the road, from the entrance to Kroger to Skyline Dr.) The debris is along the east side of the road - given the traffic, it is difficult to safely remove these items. Potholes on w Kirkwood from elm st to maple st
Street signs broken and missing at Kirkwood and Grant. I placed the broken remains in the entry way by the bikes on the NE side of City Hall.
I've noticed that the city has been painting street lines and crosswalks around the city and recently as on 100 S.Indiana Ave. Why can't the city paint the line for the meter spaces or as I call them, parking blocks. Many meter spaces need to have these lines repainted due to cars being doubled park.
Missing bricks
Not sure if this is IU property, but the stop sign at the Sample Gates (Kirkwood and Indiana) is down. Looks like it was hit.
I have been seeing many people on bicycles acting dangerously at this intersection. Biking in between lanes of cars and disregarding the stop sign and pedestrians.
