Reported by Joanne Freeman to me. Unfinished AT&T fiber project started last summer has left exposed conduit, foot-deep holes and sand fill in rights of way (meaning grass doesn't grow). She wants City inspectors to contact Michael or Sharon Dalton who are the property managers for the subdivision to get this situation addressed. AT&T has been unresponsive to neighborhood contact. A board is broken on the wooden walkway at Bryan Park that goes from near the bathrooms to the east on the trail that cuts through the middle of the park. The wooden boardwalk/ramp is south of the basketball courts and east of Henderson near the bathrooms in the park. It looks quite dangerous for kids and adults alike.

This flows into the pipe in my yard that causes the drain to swirl . Causing the ground next to my house to be cut back . I need this fixed or I’ll report it to the mayor and city Attorney. Just put some rip rap in.

Last night there was mud and new stones, as well as pretty deep ponding, on W. 17th St. in front of Tri-North Middle School (facing north). Perhaps it’s the first big rain since that project finished? The water, mud, and stones were just pouring down the driveway onto Tri-North. The construction head of the Tri-North project wasn’t very proactive about erosion control from the beginning of the project last year. And the designers must not have been careful enough when planning for rain.
