The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. There is a void under the street that appears to be a sinkhole at the NorthWest corner of 422 S. Washington St.

Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:

The sidewalk in front of this house is virtually impassible. It is now Wednesday at 6 p.m. Snow stopped falling overnight Monday/Tuesday. It still has not been shoveled.
