When I came out to retrieve y recycling cart, it had only been partly emptied and was still half full with cardboard and paper. This is my 93 year old mother's home and there is a homeless camp behind her house. They are using her backyard and a cut through to S Walnut St.
Lots of trash in the waterway areas visible when walking from the parking lot at Switchyard Park off of South Walnut toward the stage area. I would be happy to help clean it up with a crew sometime.
The sidewalk along Lincoln Street, near 8th street, has been blocked for the last few days during the daytime. It doesn't seem like anyone has been working there, so it seems like it has been closed just to be closed
