The main electric wire from the pole to this house has been hanging low for nearly a full year after a limb fell on the wire and pulled the wire holder attachment anchor out of the house structure. We (Chickering Rentals) own and manage a rental next to this property at 1006 e 1st, and the electric wire for 1002 e 1st is hanging low enough to touch in our back yard and creating a hazard. I alerted Duke and they informed me that they cannot do anything to re-hang the wire until the property owner at 1002 e 1st re-mounts the wire holder anchor, or installs new service mast. I attempted to reach out to the owner of 1002 e 1st to ask them to make the necessary repair and was unsuccessful. Not sure if the city can do anything about this to help. The roller slide has a loose roller that us lower than others and causes a gap to catch fingers, toes, and clothing. The tall slide was replaced with a zip tied grate without the zip ties clipped, so it can poke kids. Bryan Park needs a better park than this!

Thick dirt and mud for twenty feet blocks safe passage of sidewalk. Especially nasty when wet. Inconvenience and hazard to walkers, joggers and strollers.

Could you please send a sanitation crew over to pick up my recycling at 1006 W Countryside Lane. It was at the curb yesterday (my scheduled day) for pickup and they did not collect it.
