Please stop Firestone from letting people park on the sidewalk. Today I had to walk on Walnut with its busy traffic.
On the west side of N. Williams St. between 8th and 9th Sts. (location: 39.170070, -86.543292), the yard is so overgrown that it blocks half the width of the street, making it difficult to navigate when other cars are approaching during most of the year and impossible to navigate when snow plowing further narrows the passage.
At 900 N Curry Pike, behind our Fire Station there is a homeless camp that is by the railroad tracks. The people living there are causing issues such as drug use, leaving dirty needles laying around, trash all over, and stealing from residence at the park. The Fire Station does not have cameras which they need. They need some kind of security due to these people being right behind them. Someone needs to look into this issue ASAP.
Constant parking that is blocking roadway and in grass of yards throughout entire neighborhood. Meadow Lane, Briar Cliff Dr, Winding Way, Stoneycrest Rd.
There are city/county/government employees smoking outside by the sidewalks, trash enclosure, bench, bike parking, etc. all the time. This hurts pedestrian health as people walk around the whole building and use the space all day.
210 N Smith yard cluttered with trash and other items
Just checking in on the blue street lights on Cottage Grove Ave, west of Woodlawn Ave. Is that the norm now?
There is a big pot hole on Gordon Pike near Wicken Street.
Guardrail over B-line at 10th and N. Monroe has been left damaged after auto accident for 2 years. Abandoned bikes, grocery carts, bags of trash and camps are all collecting above trail. Cars speed up the road and it’s just a matter of time before another accident and the car goes onto the trail and injures somebody. Please fix the rail and cleanup. This has been reported and ignored ever since the accident. The debris left from the accident was cleared and cleaned by the neighborhood community. A sincere effort from the appropriate city departments to resolve this issue would be appreciated. We’re doing our part please do yours.
