Is there any sort of RSS feed for the city website? I'm only mildly interested in news, but for city infrastructures projects in particular, I'm interested in keeping up to date. There are many social media platforms to try to keep up to date, often each having to be manually managed and updated. But for some of the odd folks such as myself who do not use them or agree with their practices, RSS is an excellent option. An RSS feed could be built into the deployment/change process for the website and utilize the automation to require no additional effort (aside from the initial implementation). These would be a great source for finding new information for folks like myself. Cheers, -ag
While trying to submit a report ticket via a mobile app, it gets stuck on the last step. My original report was for a blocked street and included a photo and location. I've attached a screenshot on this report

S Kings Court and E Jordans Way in Hyde Park are both in dire need of resurfacing. With many areas of crumbling/cracking asphalt and numerous potholes, the streets have become a hazard for the many residents who depend on them. Please help!
For well over 4 weeks, there is a street light (vintage looking) with a broken glass globe. It is tilting, with a big piece of glass missing. It looks like it’s going to fall. This could be extremely dangerous for any pedestrian. I’m not 100% certain if this street light is city-maintained or a private light fixture. I see quite a few of them close to the downtown core. I’ve emailed the street department and I’ve called, hoping someone would fix this accident-waiting-to-happen. If this is a city-maintained light fixture, this is surely a liability. In a few weeks, the density of pedestrians will increase. Hoping this can be fixed soon!
