I rent a home from Olympus Properties. Lawn service is included in my lease, but I am having trouble getting them to mow the lawn. I have called them twice about this, both times grass is 10-12 inches high. This will be the third time. It had been 3+ weeks since it's been mowed. I let them know about the city ordinance, but am still having issues. Thank you for your help.

The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. Abandoned furniture in vacant lot.
They alley between 404 and 420 S. Fess Ave has some very large pot holes. I would appreciate someone looking at this. Thank you.
