City sent a "Courtesy warning of a zoning violation" to the landlord of this illegal fraternity regarding non-compliance of the UDO with regard to the lighting on this house and the one nextdoor at 1000 E. Atwater. Letter was mistakenly November 22. Date by which the changes to the lighting was to be effected was October 13, 2017. I am writing to plead for some action to be taken as the light is very obnoxiously in our eyes (attached photo was taken from inside my house a few minutes ago after 1 am). This is one of several lights that were to be fixed by this date. Please do not make us wait any longer for this issue to be rectified. Thank you!

Car parked in the public right of way in the alley behind my house. It is clear that the illegal fraternity continues to use the public alley as their private parking lot and storage space. There were numerous spaces available on the streets around their houses. I again request you come and demarcate the alley so that this illegal parking in the alley next to my fence ceases

Trash, debris and furniture in yard between 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. Trash in parking lot.

Tenants are parking in the alley that runs behind 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. This makes it difficult for their trash removal truck to get in the alley. As a result trash cans are overflowing and trash is now in the street. In the past vehicles that were parked in the alley were ticketed. Is this no longer happening?

Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.
