I am not finding where to record my concern of the proposed jail. It should not be in a highly populated residential area that includes an elementary school. There has to be a better location. The one property was rejected due to wrong zoning. I know that zoning can be changed. If it proceeds in this populated area and property values go down, will taxes go down also? There is always a chance of escape, why put a lot of people at risk and being fearful. Thank you, Ruth Holman 1429 W Petal CT.

Since the corrupt,racist and morally bankrupt organization known as Black Lives Matter has shown their true colors by supporting the murder of innocent people along with the rape and murder of women the murder and mutilation of the elderly and the beheading of children, will Hamilton continue to support them? Immediately remove the graffiti from 6th street and remove the banner from the mill. By continuing to support this communist organization, this administration is saying they support terrorist!! For once in your little grease ball life do the right thing. You can take some of the one million dollars for the 40 foot phalic “ode to me” and remove all things related to this organization once and for all. Now we know that all of your under the desk bootlicks like wasson, boldin and zody etc-etc will do everything they can to keep you from seeing this. Nobody wants to say little Johnny is ever wrong about anything. The city of Bloomington can’t be rid of you and your staff soon enough. Overgrowth from 328 S. Buckner into the alley causing drivers to drive onto my parking area. I am the homeowner. Underneath and hiding in this overgrowth are fence posts, and a drop of several feet from the hidden stone wall, which is almost level with the alley. There’s also scrapes on my car every time I try to back in to my parking space. The residence at 328 South Buckner have lots of overgrowth throughout their property they mow some areas and leave others just going wild with whatever is just growing from the ground not something planted.

10/12/2023 - front desk received a complaint that two (2) Lime scooter/bike are blocking the sidewalk at 206 W. Smith Rd, Bloomington, IN 47408.

Why is the stop light at St Rt 46 and St Rt 446 on flashing red during rush hour times in late afternoon and evening? Been through there several times in the past few days in late afternoon and evening and it has been flashing red for all directions. Creates long lines on both east and west bound 46. Tonight I saw 2 motorcycles coming from the east on 46 who went into the left hand turn, didn't stop and continued on straight west on 46. The line of traffic on the east bound 46 backed up to the gas station at the top of the hill. Doesn't make any sense to be flashing red.

In the pavement along Rogers south of 2nd the "stop sign lines and crosswalks have been worn away and need to be replaced at several intersections before it gets darker earlier. Also crosswalk marking along Bline at Dodds, at least, is worn out.

There appears to be a tent erected on the foundation of the old shelter house that was torn down at RCA Park. You might want to have security take the time to walk back there.
