Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. Encampment of homeless people has started cutting down large live trees on the east side of the beeline Trail parallel to the retention pond.
The clean-up crew came and partly cleaned this property up today. However, along the edges of the propert and beside the RV, there is still trash. The RV has a broken door that will NOT stay on and closed. I have attached a picture. There are rodents and snakes in this RV. This trash was left on the ground today after they "cleaned" the property. Someone in a city vehicle came and did a drive-by on Hopewell and didn't bother getting out of the vehicle to check the property. I am tired of complaining about this property and want something done!
There used to be a stop sign for drivers headed west on Lingelbach Lane at the Union St intersection. The stop sign (and pole) disappeared a few weeks ago. I’ve had a couple of close calls since then with drivers not realizing they are supposed to stop.
Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. Unrestrained dog. Sherwood Oaks park. Seen today at ~11am, but also several other days, mid-morning or late-morning. Dog is small, brown, wearing a harness. Owner is short, middle-aged white female. Dog runs around, near people, but stays within vocal range of owner. Dog responds fairly well to owner's commands, but of course you never know what will set a dog off.

Every Saturday, a group of basketball players bring in an amplifier to the gym and blast music which contains offensive language. Several people have complained to front desk personnel, asking them to tell the players to turn the music down, which can be heard everywhere on the main floor of the facility. Unfortunately, no TLRC facility staff members have been able to do anything about this issue. Children are subjected to songs which include the words "f*ck" "rape" "n*gger" etc. Because nothing had been done about it by the staff, someone approached a member of the basketball group and politely asked them if they could turn the music down. A member of the group verbally assaulted and intimidated the person causing the person to leave the facility because they were so upset and felt threatened by the response of the basketball player. I would like to ask if a rule could be added to the facility that no one is to play personal music that can be heard by others while inside the TLRC. Thank you for your consideration of this request. I have been a member for several years and know people who use the TLRC frequently. When I am there on Saturdays, many people complain but no one says anything for fear of retaliation or lack of action by staff. Thank you very much for your consideration of our request.
