While this area is under construction, I wonder if you could fix the drainage on northwest corner of the intersection of 6th and Adams. The storm drain sits slightly above the pavement on one corner. The intersection itself may also be below grade. The intersection collects an inch or two of water when it rains.
I need to get to wheel shelter opportunity lane. From Richmond Indiana in Walker and cannot get to even u haul only have social security not supposed to lift anything. I begged Dan Jones to help me and I can help pay just need to get there cannot afford motels will you help him in helping me please. I'm pd here till June 1st in rent. Please help him to help. I was incorrectly fined for a citation that wasn’t in my right of way. I parked in this spot facing the opposite direction as I came from that direction along the TWO-WAY street and leave facing the direction I would park, which is viable and accepted by the Park on Morton residency, as there are frequently and normally others who park the same way. Furthermore there is no parking meter placed in which I could be fined as I have the parking pass in which I pay $100 monthly for parking services. I park in this spot often, my residence town home is directly adjacent to the spot. I asked the Park on Morton office about if this fine was viable, as I wasn’t on street ground or city property next to any meter and was unhinging street conduct, they reassured that I was upset in feeling wronged for my claim as my parking permit entails that I park on street property regardless of direction valid since it’s a two way street and it isn’t within their conduct. My appeal was upheld but basically I parked in a way that I’ve parked many times previously, other cars park both directions all the time especially down that curved road that only leads on to the property which is why I’ve been reaffirmed by the office that isn’t even parking city services area and that they don’t have a right.
Tree on north side 5th midway between S. Bryan and S. Jefferson has a broken limb hanging down over the street. It also has several low hanging branches over the road that impede high sided delivery vehicles.
