This site, representing the Council district is over a year old. Regardless of the disclaimer on the Bloomington.in.gove site, it is absolutely irresponsible of the city to provide such a tool, especially during an election, with completely misrepresentative data - what is the point, disinformation? This site should be taken down if it isn't maintained to reflect current districts. Thanks, James
At the intersection of Lower Cascades Rd. and Walnut Street (north end), re the signal as you sit on Lower Cascades Rd. facing east: The red portion of the three lights is out and has been for a couple of weeks or so. Yellow and green are fine, and there is a second signal adjacent to it on the left, which is fine so traffic is not hindered. Thank you!

The MyBloomington page doesn't seem to show districts based on the redistricting changes, so it's very difficult to see who will be on your ballot
'Got Leaves?' sign in the grass at the corner of S Clarizz Blvd and E Moore's Pike. Looks like ROW to me.
'Kieffer's Graphix' sign at the corner of S Rogers and W Patterson, in the vacant lot.
'Music Lessons' sign right next to the guard rail on Covenanter Drive, close to the bank near the intersection with College Mall Rd. I would think that if the guard rail is city property, the sign would be in the ROW.
'Gutter Cleaning sign on S Pete Ellis Drive at the corner where McDonald's is. It is up to you to decide if this is ROW or not. It is very close to the sidewalk.
Case #186341 can be closed because the 'Hoosier Dream Builders' sign on S Pete Ellis Drive across from Cards & Collectibles has been removed.
2 'Markdown Store' signs in the grass next to the road on W First Street near the intersection with S Walker. Looks like ROW to me.
