Follow on "resolved" Case #188265. I am glad there are no current plan to straighten or widen the central path in Bryan Park. If you think that the Bike Ped Commission has any interest in pedestrian safety except when in their mistaken opinion it coincides with cyclists, please think again.
Can the city start enforcing the state law concerning modified exhaust on vehicles? Some are so loud you here 1/2 mile way after they pass .
So what is the difference in red vs yellow curb paint? Is red paint even in the code? I never see any of the parking rules enforced at the TLRC, people park of the grass and places they shouldn’t. It is ok because it is a tournament, which is a bunch bs. Members and taxpayers Probally make up most of the revenue not the tournament
Food trucks after 9pm park on yellow curbs. Main one on Dunn and Kirkwood. By peoples parks
Street light out at South Montclair Ave and East Edgehill Court
Net in court 10 is broken
Our house borders Bryan Park and just about every single day I see a dog off leash. This is dangerous and against the law. I believe more prominent signs stating the law and possible fines would help inform dog owners.
We want to formally oppose Tyler Curry's proposed development on Morningside Drive. He wants to build a self-storage building right next to a park and a family neighborhood, which I find completely inappropriate. This is an area where children play soccer, go sledding in the winter, and walk to the local ice cream shop. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood that should not have a self-storage facility placed in it. We believe that a self-storage facility would make the park and surrounding area unsafe for these young families. Please consider telling Tyler Curry no.
Could the utility cut at the intersection of Nancy Street and Mark Street on the east side be paved, please? Thank you.
