Hello I am a parent of an IU Ice hockey player. I was wondering if I could get information about what it would take to open the Frank Southern Arena on September 1st vs. October 1st. The players are under a lot of pressure to balance school and ice hockey. During the first weeks of the season, they lose so much time traveling to other rinks to practice. It's tiring and dangerous given their exhaustion. Is there a budget that you would need to achieve in order to afford the opening 30 days earlier than current budget allows. Thank you. The intersection on the 46 bypass where stonelake rd and monroe street cross. The entrance to Arlington heights elementary. This is such a crazy dangerous intersection. I have seen so many close calls and have been in several of them my self while trying to get in and out from taking my kids to school. It scares me! Traffic has definitely picked up over the last year with all of the construction and other access roads to 37 being closed due to 69. I feel a stoplight would be extremely beneficial at this location. Maybe remove the bumps in the Middle Lane (that desperately needs cleaned up because it is full of trash and looks horrendous) and then it can be used as that extra turn lane like it is used down the road in ellettsville. Just a couple suggestions but I really think for the safety of the school children and everyone else something needs done here. Thank you for your time!!

Not really graffiti but I was not sure what category to select. I am curious about the laws regarding posting advertisements on signs and other surfaces around the city. Is it allowed? Is the Poster required to come back and remove the sign after the event date has passed?

Can we get a flashing red four-way or something at Smith and Morningside? People NEVER stop and it is dangerous for bikers, walkers, and even cars that need to turn. Please enhance safety and enforcement somehow at intersection. Thank you. Repeat problem.

Today, I parked on Walnut St, just outside Fountain Square. I initially got $8 in quarters nickels and dimes to feed the meter. At 9:45am, I put $6 of quarters, nickels, and dimes in the meter (which should have made my time expire at 3:45pm). This only gave me time until 12:03pm. I then went back up at 11:45am with my remaining $2 and put the 8 quarters in - which added 30 minutes to my parking time - at $1 per hour, this is incorrect. I then decided that the parking meter was not capable of taking change, so I got my debit card out and paid for the remaining part of the day - to take me to 5:17pm (really wanted 5:30pm, but was sick of fighting with the meter). At this point - I think that the amount I have paid for 7.5 hours is $12.30 (obviously the $0.30 is because I used my card - EVEN though I had change). The amount I should have had to pay for 7.5 hours is $7.50. Even if you give me a refund, I REALLY just want the meter fixed. I will take a picture of the meter before I leave tonight so you are able to determine which meter is malfunctioning. Please feel free to contact me at the email and phone number listed.

The street lights in the middle of the block in between 6th, 7th, Lincoln and Grant Streets do not stay on all night. This makes the alley ways that cut through the middle of this block too dark at night and it feels very unsafe for pedestrians walking through. I live on this block and have spoken to residents from three of the other houses on it and we all agree that the lights should remain on throughout the night to promote pedestrian safety. Keeping these lights on throughout the night will also prevent thieves from feeling tempted to break into our cars that all sit in the middle of the pitch black block during the night. I have provided a picture of one of the main lights that needs fixed, but there are at least two others on the block that have the same problem. We would all appreciate action being taken on these street lights as soon as possible.Thank you for your time. -Keaton Lents

This is at a Bus Stop near the corner of S Walnut St and E Winslow Rd. It is between a Marathon gas station and the El Ranchero restaurant.The Bus Stop sign was relocated a few feet away. The old sign was remove by breaking it off leaving a short sharp metal stub. This is very dangerous for bicycles riding the sidewalk as it makes a right-angle turn at this location. THIS SHARP METAL STUB SHOULD BE REMOVED.

Could you provide me with a resource to appeal for landlord's unfavorable action? Briefly, Deer park management asked for 2,000 $ deposit for the 2 bedroom apartment for rent due to my lack of credibility in 2017. Now the apartment return only 800 $. They charged whole painting cost and so forth. I do not think it is reasonable to charge. Please, I need an institute for the appeal for this issue before the court. Thanks, Jae
