Not sure if this is correct department. My request concerns work done to reposition storm drains on the above-cited street. Thanks for improving all four drains. But several residents have noticed and are concerned about a deep hole in the green space located just a few feet directly East from the physical drain. I believe digging was done there as part of the drain improvement project. The deep hole must be filled in and seeded as it is a hazard to small dogs and to people. Please advise. I hope this hazard can be remedied.

The large tree at the corner of Covenanter and Windermere Woods Dr has been seriously damaged. Looks like some truck or piece of equipment backed into the tree damaging the lower part near the roots. The tree is on city property so we assume it is the city’s responsibility to nurture its trees. Please help this tree heal.

Thanks for working on three storm drains on the cited street. However, we see that the space behind the drains has not been repaired with dirt. One drain still has stakes and tape around the ground behind the back of the drain. Will your department be putting topsoil and grass seed and straw in the large gaps left after your work? Thanks.

Thanks for replacing curb removed to repair water main break. But, will the city fill the space behind the new curb to prevent erosion and standing water? The yard was dug up by the city to work on the water pipe.
